By providing Personal Data, including by use of this website, you agree to allow us to contact you, including by mail, email, telephone or SMS text message, in connection with our charitable purposes:

We collect information about you for a variety of uses based on different reasons. For example, some of the information is disclosed in order to register for activities or events, sometimes we are required by law and regulations to collect and process information about you, and at other times we consider it is in our legitimate charitable interest to collect and process information.
Your personal information will be dealt with in accordance with the Law. It is never sold, nor given away. It is only shared with others where you have given consent or where it is permitted or required either contractually or legally.
We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law.
Generally, uses of your personal information based on our legitimate charitable interests and on your consent may include:
• keeping you informed as to our services, activities, events and conferences;
• to manage employees and volunteers;
• to fundraise and process donations and related statutory rights and obligations;
• to answer an inquiry or request for further information or complaint about us, our services, activities and events;
• to improve our ability to assist attendees and the wider community;
• to assist us with management and administrative purposes such as accounting, credit/debit card payments, anti-fraud measures, maintenance and development.

• because we need to use your personal information to comply with a legal obligation, such as protection and welfare of individuals;
• to protect the vital interests of you or another person, for example, in pastoral situations;
where you have given consent for us to contact you by email, phone or SMS, to send you information and marketing communications.
Where you have provided your consent to us processing your personal data, you may withdraw this consent at any time. In addition, the Law gives you the right, under certain circumstances:
to request in writing and securely obtain copies of the personal information we hold about you (Art. 15 of GDPR);
to correct or update your personal information held by us (Art. 16 of GDPR);
to request a transfer of your data (Art. 20 of GDPR);
to request to have all personal data deleted (Art. 17 of GDPR) or amended (Art. 18 of GDPR).
All the above also applies to all photography and videography published on all of our platforms.

We do not endorse social media website(s) and have no responsibility for the content unless posted by or approved by us nor are we responsible for the cookies such websites may contain.
Use of such buttons or links is at your own risk and you must verify authenticity of sites before posting or providing personal information on such sites.
We do not ask for passwords or personal details on social media.
Websites such as Vimeo and YouTube are used to embed videos on the website and service providers such as Brushfire, MailChimp and Google Analytics may send their own cookies via this site. Please look at the cookie and privacy policies on these third-party sites if you want more information about this.
Third Party Data Processors
By subscribing to our newsletter (either online or by filling out one of the printed cards) you consent to receiving this newsletter and agree with these policies.
The newsletter sign-up is a double-opt-in process, i.e. you will receive a confirmation e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription. This confirmation is required to avoid of unauthorised registrations with your e-mail address. We keep the records of your confirmation with its time and date as well as the IP address as proof of consent, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) of GDPR. The e-mail dispatch and the relating performance analysis are compliant with Art 6 (1), 7 GDPR as you’ve consented to it. Otherwise, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR authorises us to use your e-mail address when we have legitimate interest in providing the contained information to you.
You can opt out of our e-mail list at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe”-button at the bottom of the e-mail. We are allowed to store unsubscribed email-addresses as part of our legitimate interest as evidence of previous consent. Upon confirmation of previous consent, we will remove you from that list.
To track its performance a “web-beacon” is embed into the newsletter that will send your IP address, browser type, operating system and time of access to Mailchimp’s server upon opening the e-mail. We use these in an pseudonymised way to assess our performance and improve our services, not to track individuals.
It is not possible to solely withdraw consent for the web-beacon. If you do not wish to have the performance tracked you have to unsubscribe from the entire newsletter.
We are only using Google Analytics with anonymous IP data.
We use external font kits provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland. Adobe is Privacy Shield certified and can therefore guarantee compliance with EU data privacy regulations (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000TNo9AAG&status=Active).
Facebook Social Plugins
In order to manage our events and guestlists, we use the Eventbrite app (Eventbrite, Inc, Delaware, 155 5th Street, Floor 7, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). In case you pay for your ticket online, all payment data is only obtained by Eventbrite Inc and not shared with us.
Third parties used outside of website
We employ third parties to process our data for purposes beyond this website.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
We may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in best practice, security and control and to ensure compliance with any changes in the Law. Any amended version will be available on the website. We suggest you visit regularly to keep up to date with any changes.
